Feature Requests: Map and elevation profile not printing on routes over 40 miles

Recently I found that whenever I try to print out a route that is over 40 miles long, first I get the "Print Route" dialog window asking if I want to include elevation profile and marker notes and turns, (they are already selected, so I leave them checked,) then I click on the print button at the bottom, and only the marker notes and turns come up, but no map and no elevation profile.

I've tried several of my routes including brand new ones, and I've tried it on my mac at home, and my PC at work. Same thing. Any routes I try that are under 40 miles print fine, but over 40 and you only get the marker notes and turns.

I also posted this in the help area, but I'm including it here as well. 

Actually, I've never heard it before in regards to only 40 mile rides. Keep at it, and before long 40 will seem so short to you that you'll feel cheated if that's all you get it that day!
