You get to see everything: Mt Baker, Lake Whatcom, valleys, rivers, lush farmland, beaches and Puget Sound all in one fairly level ride. The 25-mile ride is described as mostly flat, but there appears to be a 100-200 foot climb. The 50-mile route is the same as the 25-mile route, but goes on to Birch Bay State Park after a food stop at Pioneer Park (13 miles into the ride). Pioneer Park is the turn-around for 25 and half-way for 50 mi. Return routes are identical to the ride to the halfway point, except at Holly the ride takes Bay and W.
