Pave road route. Start in Oologah. Ride a Loop around Oologah Lake. Attractions include Andy Payne Memorial Park in Foyil along the Portland Cement secton of Old Route 66 (Andy won the Great American Footrace, aka The Bunion Derby, in 1928 which went from LA to New York and followed much of Historic Route 66), the Bunion Derby marker in Foyil, the World's Largest Totem Pole 4-1/2 miles East of Foyil, and the towns of Chelsea, Winganon, and Talala. If you are up for an adventure (i.e. gravel and dirt roads), you can ride to Goose Island which is 5 miles East of Talala.
