UVIC to Arbutus Cove and Back (via Gordon Head Road) - Active U
A great lunch time route - taking between 50 - 60 minutes. This route takes you to the beautiful sands of Arbutus Cove. At the end of Hollydene there is a signed path to the beach. Stairs take you down to the beach. On the other side of the cove, stairs take you back up. Walk along the path, so you don't miss the slip-through path on your left. If you don't want to get your feet wet, check local tide tables before you go. To shorten this route, return to UVIC using Arbutus Road, to Finnerty. - a 2.8 mi walking route in Victoria, Canada
