Description of this Run

Scenic route of Newport Cliff Walk past approximately 40 mansions and estates. This is the section of the Cliff Walk that can be run fairly fast. There is a stretch of approximately 250 mts after the Ruggles Ave exit and just before the Marine Ave exit of large stepping stone rocks. These can be jumped fairly well and if done so, this provides a good workout for the quads. The 2km run back up Bellevue Avenue is fairly flat so can be done at a high tempo for maxim benefit.
