Description of this Bike Ride

Fast downhill section in the initial section. Drop begins after you have climbed a bit from the roundabout and are on the curve. A sign warns trucks of a 8% downgrade. You have about a 160 foot drop at a 7.5% downgrade was you pass by Buno Rd, then start to level out before Spencer. This could be the biggest and fastest in tri-county Detroit area. Heavy truck traffic from gravel sites in region. Used alot on training rides for local riders. If you have warmed up in Kensington on the hill from the park office to the bridge, then consider this drop is about 75 feet more at the same downgrade. Road continues to drop all the way to I-96 Kensington Road interchange.
