78busman As always we ask that you be ever vigilant when you are riding in a group. Always be aware of your front wheel, and never assume anything. This one happened on the last sprint, and we were nearing 30mph. At those speeds, things happen in the "Blink of an Eye". Luckily the winds had pulled the final selection down to about 10/12 riders, or things might have been worse. Thankfully no one was hurt too badly. Torn Kits, and some road rash, and some scratches on the Bikes. I'm pointing this out, because this has been two Saturdays in a row that we have had an episode. The Saturday morning ride, along with the up and coming Tuesday/Thursday night rides are not rides that are ever to be taken for granted. These are rides that have riders of all abilities... Cat 1 to Cat 5 to never have Raced before. These are very fast moving (though not a Race!) race simulated get togethers. Always to the best of your ability be on a razor's edge at all times when on these rides. .
