Run Description
6/3/08. 6:30 PM. Sunny and 65 degrees, no wind. 4.3 miles in 0:46:06. 547 Kcal at 30% fat. Ran around the lake. I was concerned about how my right knee would feel, but it felt fine. 65/148/175. Run felt wonderful. Be interesting to see how my knee feels tomorrow. FK girls won their prelim tennis match with Penquis, 5-0. They go to Dexter on Thursday. We are all going to watch.
