Run Description
Mainly flat with gentle hill-lets - this is a wonderful run through suburban streets to paved bike path to hiking/horse trails along the extreme north-east [Long Island] Sound.
The stretch along the water is delightful, PROVIDED it hasn't rained in a week or so. If it has rained recently - the waterfront trails can get turned into 6-10inches of mud in stretches - be warned!
