Easy Starter
A great route for those who want to get started in Mountain Biking. Great for getting your bike fitness up before you tackle some of the more well known rides around the UK. Do this route around 3 times per week and your fitness will deffo improve. Try and go fast on the flats and put in max effort on the hills. Carefull on the way back down from Billinge, i.e tree roots etc. Please comment once you have tried the route.
