Description:
I want to lose weight. Naturally, I jump on the treadmill and stare at a blank wall for 30 minutes. So what if I plan a destination, set my goal, and walk every day so that I can make sure I stay on track. I will feel as though I am getting somewhere and losing weight at the same time. This is as close to virtual reality as I can get. It's just a way to make walking on a treadmill more interesting.
