Hello, I'm Lisa. I am 31, and I am going to do my best to get healthy. This is not just a fitness change for me, but also a change in diet. I hate the word diet, it seems to have a negative spin to it, and I want to try to be as positive as possible. So, I am embracing this change in food and exercise. I am here to keep myself motivated and on track. I have a tendency to "fall off" the wagon, and plan to stay on it as long as possible. My ultimate goal is to make this a life style change, and incorporate it into my life and be as easy as breathing. I wish i didn't crave the unhealthy things. I truly belive it is a mindset, and I need to change my mindset.
