BG is a Trikke rider, and Dan is a walker, plus, we are Nordic Walking instructors in Eugene, OR. For Trikking, BG likes mostly falt routes with a few slight hills, and for our Nordic Walk students we also choose mostly flat routes at first. Some are good training for longer walks like 10Ks, etc.
