Walk Description
As I approach my 1 yr anniversary of being DX'd with diabetes, I thought it would be nice to see how far I've really come over the past year. So, I set out to walk to the clinic which was about 3.25miles away. Behind the clinic I found a dried up canal, and thought it would be adventurous to walk that back. Made a quick detour to buy some yogurt for a Smoothie. Pedometer says this was a 6.95 mile walk
