Malabar Scrub 5K Trail Run/RIde
This is a trail loop in EEL's Malabar Scrub Sanctuary. Access from Briar Creek Blvd.; look for a kiosk on the south side of the road. Much of it is shaded and winding with elevation changes, roots and several bridges. Good scenery. Watch out for cyclists. You can extend a mile by crossing Briar Creek Blvd and continuing to the loop that goes almost to Malabar Rd. (It's 3.14 miles - Roughly 5k on my gps, and when initially uploaded here, but 3.04 miles on the MMR map.) - a 3 mi running route in Malabar, Florida
