Bay Training week 09 - 14 Mile Northshore Loop
					14 Mile Northshore Loop (Bay Training week 10) Time: 2:20 The route this week is a pure out and back loop. And yes, there will be a lot of hills, we'll be doing them all twice. Instead of heading up and traveling east along Townsend, we'll be heading east on Northshore to Spencer Smith Park at the lake and following paved Waterfront Trail path towards the lift bridge. Depending on the footing, you'll turn around at the end of the ashphalt or continue along to the end of the path at the bridge before turning around. Note: If you follow the route as posted, turning around at the end of the ashphalt on the trail, you only get 13.34 miles, but if you continue on to the canal, you'll finish just over 14 miles. Return along the same route along the path and Northshore, back to the park. From there, follow the regular west loop to the top of Valley Inn Road hill before turning around and headging back to the LaSalle Park parking lot.
