16 Mile Dundurn Castle to Lift Bridge Loop (Bay Training week 11) Time: 2:30-2:45 This is another pure out and back loop, doing all the ATB hills twice. This should be your last long run prior to race day. We usually do this one as a supported run, with a SAG wagon (Support And Gear) for water, snacks, a place to dump gear and pick up tired / injured runners. Please meet at the North East end of the Dundurn Castle parking lot. We follow the by now familiar roads allong the race route both out and back. This is the run to try out all the food and gear you are planning on using on race day. You'll also get a very good idea of how you'll feel on Valley Inn Road hill as you'll be good and tired by the time you hit it on the way back to the parking lot. Same thing goes for this run.
