Lowsonford Circular Walk (Heart of England Way)
This circular walk starts in the Fleur de Lys PH car park in Lowsonford. Turn right along Lapworth Street and continue 0.22km. Turn left along surfaced drive (opposite Mill Lane) along the route of the Heart of England Way. Adjacent to a cottage, take a stile on the right into a field. Continue along public footpath across two fields to reacha a stile. Cross stile and turn right along public footpath over the old railway bridge and through a metal gate. Immediately turn left through a second metal gate and go ahead on public footpath, rising along southern field boundary adjoining wood to reach another stile. Continue across stile and ahead through woodland. Follow arrowed Right of Way through wood bearing left into farmland. Turn right along edge of wood to reach metal farm gate joining bridleway. Turn left through gate and follow tractor way to reach a farm road leading to Coppice Corner farm. Turn left along road and continue in a southerly direction for 0.53km to reach Preston Road. Turn left across a bridge and continue along Preston Road for 0.37km. Turn right along Preston Fields Lane across a ford for total distance 0.23km. Fork left along public footpath following hedge boundary on left hand side. Continue across three fields to reach Rookery Lane. Cross over lane and follow public footpath across three fields with river meandering on left hand side. Turn left across bridge, going through a wooded area to join the Stratford Canal towpath. Turn left and continue along canal towpath back to Lowsonford, and the Fleur de Lys PH car park. - a 3.7 mi walking route in Henley-in-arden, the United Kingdom
