Tough Mudder Training at Umstead | Company Mill Trail
The Company Mill Trail at Umstead State Park is a fantastic 5.8 mile technical route with plenty of rocks, roots, and hills to keep you interested. But this run focuses only on the first mile out and back--2 mile loop (which is a beast!) with obstacle-style training drills set up at the bottom and the top of the run/hill.
