Lobby: Track and Field Video games?

    Is there any track and field video games out there.  It doesnt matter if its for a game console or the computer, i would just really like to play one.  I there isnt one, or any recent ones, I think that making one would be a great idea, im sure there are many people who feel the same.

    haha the only one i can think of is "athens 2004" for ps2. Its not a great game but will provide some short lived entertainment. Its most fun when you race your friends. The only distance event is the 1500, everything else is 400 and below. I'm pretty sure this is basically your only option but you might look around.

    lets see, the ones I know off of the top of my head

    track and field (used the powerpad) for NES, ESPN track and field for PS2, Athens 2004 (SWEET GAME!!!) for PS2, Mario and Sonic go to the Olympics (or something) for Wii, Bruce Jenner's decathalon (really old, but pretty sweet) for PC

    There are a couple others I've seen but never played, so I can't think of the names for em

    Nintendo has a Mario vs. Sonic olympic game type thing for both the Wii and DS.  I would think that it'd be better playing on the Wii.  I dunno.

    Not quite track and field, but Wii Fit is going to be released here in the US on May 19th.  You can jog, do Yoga, walk a tightrope, or all kinds of other things, although you've got to buy the special pad.  Here's the link:
