description: Hard hill ride from KGS Bikes to the infamous "Iron Cross" on Stone Oak. This features two steep hills on Stone Oak to get to the Mormon Temple at the top of "The Wall". Descend The Wall, turn right on Evans, climb, turn around, and continue the legs of the "Cross" until you climb back up "The Wall". This used to be on the Texas State Road Race Course and Lance Armstrong was known to climb this 8% grade in the big chainring at 15 MPH.
