The layout of the course allows each runner on a team to run 3 to 4 legs of the race running 2.45 miles to 5.50 miles each leg. This day long event starts in the historic Old Market in downtown Omaha taking teams from exchange point to exchange point. Each exchange point is a unique and entertaining pit stop highlighting some of Nebraska�s finest businesses, non-profits, and artists.
