This is the out and back Frostbite 10 miler put on by the Springfield Road Runners Club (SRRC.NET) My daughter and I ran it this year (2005) and had a great time. I laid out the route from memory, but I think its pretty acurate. It starts at the FitClub gym at 2811 W Lawrence Ave, Springfield, IL runs west into the country side. It has some decent hills between the 2 and 3 mile markers and you repeat them between markers 7 and 8. - a 10 mi running route in Springfield, Illinois
