This route is 6.6 miles round. It combines flat, up hills, and of course you have down hills. It is an ideal route to train on for a combination of speed work and strength building. It can more interesting to reverse the direction each time, so hard up hills become fast and exhilarating down hills. <br> <br> For an additional challenge, cycle up the toughest hill, Test Hill, and it is! Test Hill is more one of the roads through the centre of Richmond Park.
