Quicky- "UP AND AT 'EM!"
Fast route, of some short speed play. Jog down to the gas station for warm-up then stretch. Start back but with a sprint/fast pace. Hold the hard pace until you reach the 'gap' where the sidewalk is suspended away from the block by a 'road' of sorts. Recover during that segment of sidewalk. At the point were the block rejoins then pick up the sprint/fast pace again and hold it until you round into the school parking lot. At this point jog while in the parking lot. Once you exit the lot then dead sprint the short segment until you reach the suspended sidewalk again. Recover again until you round the corner onto Glencove for the final sprint down past or to the house. - a 2.2 mi running route in Mesa, Arizona
