A Sunday run of 11m. Start at Stag Meadow football ground, and follow the cycle path away from Windsor to Rangers Gate. Cross the road and run up the hill, continue past the York Club, up the hill and down the other side.

At the crossroads, go straight over; at the top of the hill follow the road right and downhill. Turn right at the end and after 400m run onto Smith's Lawn.

At the end of the lawn turn left and follow the edge of the lawn past Guards' polo club. At the end, go down the hill on the road and turn left. Keep on the path past the lake, up the hill, bear right and run past Savil Gardens.

Stay on the path for next mile until you reach Bishopsgate. Bear left, then right through the large deer gates. Run up the hil, then down to the bottom of the Copper Horse mound.

Continue on the road (not the Long Walk), through the gates and straight on past the farm. Turn right at the crossroads and run back down to Rangers Gate. Cross the road and head back to Stag Meadow along the path that you came out on.
