Description of this Run

This run starts at the rear of the Welsh Institute of Sport. Head North to the weir bridge and cross it. Turn left and follow the Taff Trail to 4 Miles, turn left over Radyr Bridge. Go under the railway line and turn left then right in to Junction Terrace. Follow the footpath at the end up in to Radyr Woods. Skirt around the edge of the Radyr Estate and turn left down Radyr Court Road. Cross Bridge Road. Turn left down path after Llandaf Rowing Club entrance. Follow path to Western Avenue. Turn right and head for the footbridge in front of UWIC. Cross footbridge and head back towards the river. Turn right in to the main road of Pontcanna Fields (where Buffalo Bill\'s entourage rode their horses up and down the central road during the Wild West show\'s visits to Cardiff in 1891, 1903 and 1904). Finish in front of the Welsh Institute of Sport.
