I found this site thru Sparkpeople in an effort to live healthier and maintain or possibly lose more weight. I am 39 yrs. old, married and live in middle Tennessee. I have two children, 19 and 20. I work with the school system with special needs' children as an aide on a sp. needs' bus, and also work in the school cafeteria where my son attends school. I volunteer as a coach with challenger league(ball team for sp. needs) in the spring and fall seasons. I am a Christian, and attend a small church where I teach Children's Church.
