Your profile is empty...this is a great tool if you are riding. We ride as a group and keep each other going. We discuss goals, work outs, strategies and riding as well as whatever comes to mind. Keeping each other motivated and progressing is HUGE! If you ever want to ride look us up...we ride mountain bikes but ride trails and mostly on the roads...We are getting back into it and working up to the big investment of a road or touring bike.
