I am new to the runners world and love it. I lost 35 lbs over the last 1.5 years. When I started I had no idea that I would do any kind of strenuous exercise let alone become a runner. For the first time in my life, I have found an exercise I love and now I have the runners high. I started out at a park, went to the gym, and due to financial reasons, stopped my membership, and found this new, to me, running trail. Now I walk/jog 2-3 miles 3-4 days a week.
