I have begun walking for fitness. I have lost 35 pounds since June 2006, and signed myself up for Bloomsday this year!!
There is a group at work called Tune for Bloom that walks approximately 3 miles three times a week to get ready for Bloomsday. I join the group about twice a week, and am now setting my routes so I can walk from home, too.
