Bike Ride Description
Stage 1 of a Lands End to John o'Groats (LEJOG hereafter) bike ride (908 miles) completed by my son and I in July 2007 over a period of 13 days. After the Clifton Bridge at Bristol we took a detour to Wotton under Edge in Gloucestershire to spend the night with relatives - it obviously saves quite a few miles if you head straight from Clifton to the Severn Bridge & pick up our route again there. This is a nice easy start to to the marathon - if anyody decides to follow this then we wish you all the best of luck.
