Walk Description
Great easy walk. The Irondale furnace ruins are at about the halfway point. The trail is hard packed gravel. It runs along Furnace Creek, which joins Shades Creek. Start point is on Stone River Road and the trail runs to Old Leeds Road at the Mountain Brook Country Club.
