Walk Description
103rd to greenbelt to 128th, then to Deer Trail, across Hickman, west to 152nd Street, east to Country Club Parkway, south to Greenbelt Trail, east to 109th Street for 10 miles, then cool down to 103rd. The cool down is .5 miles.
