Run Description
Misty run with a little rain at end. Ran around 6:50PM. Two days after graduation from KSG. First run in many many months. Felt good. Goal was to run as slow as possible and just keep going. Wanted to walk in last mile or so, but kept moving. Slight stomach problems early on, felt them about 3-4 times throughout run. But made it through with no real problem. Legs very tired after sitting down for an hour of TV afterwards. Might like to start running again. We'll see. Times are approximate based on the time I think it was when I left and returned.
