Run Description
Starts with two hills up to the eastern prom and again from the Loring Memorial up North Street to Congress. When you get to East End Beach, a good way to end the run is to do light pole sprints. 5 reps sprint 1 pole, job 1 pole, then sprint 2 and jog 1. Name comes from a friend living on the route who is in the nail gun biz.
