Bike Ride Description
It was great! The trail starts around 24 Mile Rd and Dequindre. I parked at the back of Roberts Elementary School and picked up the trail from there. It was very well maintained and the scenery is really nice. There are a few streets to cross, but the further north you head, the less traffic there is, so no real need to stop. They even have benches every couple miles if you need a break. They are still in the process of building it (it’s supposed to run all the way from 24 and Dequindre to Richmond), but the completed portion was about 11.25 miles one way. So if you head to the end and turn around, there’s a 22.5 mile ride for ya! It’s fairly flat... so it makes for a good beginner route or a good recovery run
