Run Description
This run is pretty sweet. It used to be our old "long" run for cross country. It's a long run, but with the sidewalks and where it goes, it's pretty low traffic right through Sartell and some of Sauk Rapids. The only part that you may question is mile 5 through 7. It just a trail that follows the railroad track; you can't miss it. The water stop is a water spicket on the front of the apartment building where the stop is. Plenty of shade for the majority of the route, and pretty flat overall too. A great run!
