Difficult run for a beginner. Seems like the route was mostly uphill and hardly any shade. I found myself stopping to walk quite a bit but hope to be able to run the whole thing with practice!

Great run, did it yesterday except for starting over at Providence and Green Meadows. That Forum hill is killer when its near the end of the run. I like your way better.
