Run Description
From Finger Lakes Running Company run east across Ithaca Commons and take right on 96B/Danby. Follow Danby uphill and take left on King Road at top of hill. At top of King Road hill take right on Ridgecrest Road up hill to left on Nelson. From Nelson take a left downhill on Troy Road to first intersection and take a right on King Road. At bottom of King Road hill take a right on Coddington and an immediate left on Burns Road. Take a quick left onto the Cinder Rec Trail. Take a right toward the lower division of the Rec Trail in about 2 miles and follow back out to where it ends at Hudson Road. Follow Hudson downhill to right back to Ithaca Commons. Cut across Ithaca Commons back to Finger Lakes Running Company.

Make this into more of a trail run by coming down the pipeline cut from E King Road (at the crest) into the back of IC; continue down the service road to Coddington Rd and then over to S Aurora. Much nicer than fighting cars and the N wind on NY96B. N
