Bike Ride Description
This is a 7-mile Hill circuit near Chambers Lake in Coatesville/West Caln. This route has 428ft of ascent; doing this route 3-4 times provides some great hill training. There are essentially 3 hills that you will have to climb before starting all over again. To get fast at going up hills, you have to train on hills... Enjoy!
